MF peach oatmeal
MF cinnamon pretzel sticks
MF chili w/ garden veggie crackers
MF strawberry crunch bar
MF PB crunch bar
Logan's triple play: sm sirloin, 1 sausage link & shrimp & veggie skewer; side salad w/ balsamic vinaigrette
64 oz. water
iced tea
1 DDP
2 c coffee w/ SF creamer
1 bite of a Logan's yeast roll

INSPIRATION: Good health, a body you love, and time for rest and relaxation require intentional actions. All of this takes time, yes, but there is enough time in the day to do what you were created to do. They key is identifying what's essential at this stage of your journey.
