Monday, 1/25/10:
MF apple cinnamon oatmeal
MF cinnamon roll crunch bar
MF PB crunch bar
MF PB crunch bar #2
MF beef stew w/ ranch soy crisps
80 oz water
3 DDPS
2 glasses of raspberry green tea
1 slice of turkey lunchmeat, a triangle of cheese & a sm piece of lettuce (@ an open house party)
1 C of coffee w/ SF creamer & truvia
EXERCISE: Ran for approx. 30 min with the family last night & walked/ran 30 min on the treadmill tonight!

GOOD NEWS: I have finally broke through my plateau! I have been stuck @ my original goal weight; let me explain here: Every diet I've ever signed up for, I put "180" down as my "goal" weight...not ever thinking I would actually get there! With TSFL I reached my goal in 9 months!!! Once I hit 180, I thought, I could lose 30 more pounds for a total loss of 100 pounds. So, since 10/17/09, I've been floating up & down within 4-6 pounds of 180...very frustrating. I've come so far; I wondered if I could lose that last 30 pounds!

This morning, I weighed 177...YEAH for me.

I just want all of you that read this to know that I still struggle with my weight and my eating habits, but every night when I lay my head down on my pillow, I can smile because I'm proud of myself for another victorious day! I just keep telling myself: "it's not a sprint, it's a marathon!"
