Monday, January 4th:
MENU:
ready-to-drink chocolate shake
2 cups of coffee
3 Diet Dr Peppers
Iced Green Tea
1 c chili
spinach salad w/ bacon bits, sun dried tomatoes, balsamic vinaigrette dressing
MF Chicken Noodle Soup
MF Crackers
EXERCISE: none :(
MY FEELINGS: just trying to make it through the day without cheating AT ALL!
GOALS: to make it through this whole week (Sunday) without cheating; 100% on the plan!
