MY FEELINGS: Feeling great! I'm noticing my energy level is coming back up to where it was before the holidays.
SIDE NOTE: I didn't realize until last night that I hadn't posted by blog/diary for Tuesday...so I got a little confused on what happened when...see why it's important to do it daily?! So, the confession of eating a bite of bread that was written on Tuesday's diary really happened on Wednesday. Silly me!?! My friend, Mary Shankles can attest to all of this since I sat with her at Panera! :)
I make mistakes, too! I want you all to know that we are all in this together! I promise to be transparent and totally honest with you & I expect the same!
SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT: Definition of self-care: the act of maintaining, nourishing, and protecting your mind, body, and spirit for the purpose of maximizing your effectiveness, happiness, and productivity in life. Isn't this what we all want? I DO!!!
MY CHALLENGE TO YOU TODAY: Today, declare that change is possible and that you are willing to do what it takes to create change. Open your mind to the possibility of change. Start today by jotting down the areas where you are feeling down, overwhelmed or like a failure. Then imagine for a moment what it will feel like to have control over these ares of your life. Conceiving change is the first step to birthing change.
"But with God all things are possible." Matthew 19:26
Good start Amy!
