OK...I said the other day that we were back on board...we fell off. BUT, now, Monday, January 4th, we are both back on board. We found it challenging being at home and off our "normal" schedule to stay with the program. This shows a weakness in our discipline that we still need to work on!

For today...just so I can have a post for the FIRST DAY back on track...I'm going to let you know how my morning is going & then come back tomorrow morning to complete the day.

I started this morning at 7:30AM with a Chocolate Ready-to-Drink Shake & TWO cups of coffee so far! I'm so jittery I'm having a hard time typing! Next, I'll start on my 32 oz of water with a goal of finishing that by Noon. My scheduled snack time is 10AM; I'll have a snack bar - not sure what flavor yet!

I set a goal for exercise as well for the New Year: to work at AT THE VERY LEAST 2 times per week. I needed to set something realistic or I would feel like a failure. I really wanted to get up this morning before taking Josh to school & hit the treadmill...that didn't happen...Josh couldn't go to sleep last night because we have been staying up so late & sleeping in late that our clocks were all messed up! It was after midnight before we were both asleep!

BUT, The day is not over; I'm thinking I can do it either before I pick him up from school or afterwards, before dinner.

Help me here...keep my accountable!
