(Oops...skipped Wednesday's post...already forgot what I ate too...sorry?!)

Thursday, 1/14/10:
MF Vanilla ready-to-drink shake
MF strawberry crunch bar
MF PB crunch bar
MF chili nacho cheese puffs
MF S'mores crunch bar
L&G: grilled Cajun catfish (Cheddars), green beans & a salad w/ vinaigrette dressing
64 oz water
2 DDP
2 c of coffee w/ SF creamer

INSPIRATION: You were created for a purpose, and there is enough time in every day for you to accomplish the things that were meant for you to accomplish without becoming overwhelmed or burned out. If there's too much to handle, asking for wisdom about what to change can be an enormous comfort and help. This will give you the courage to conquer the challenge you've been given for that day! Take one day at a time...one pound at a time...and pretty soon, you will have reached your goal!
