Saturday, 2/23
MF oatmeal
MF PB crunch bar
MF cinnamon pretzel sticks
Logan's chopped beef steak w/ grilled onions, & a grilled veggie skewer, romaine lettuce salad, tomatoes & oil/vinegar dressing
MF chicken noodle soup
7 pita cracker/chips
MF S'more bar
64 oz water
1 DDP
2 glasses of raspberry green tea
2 slices of turkey lunchmeat

Sunday, 2/24
MF Vanilla R2D shake
MF Strawberry crunch bar
MF chili w/ MF veggie crackers
MF chili cheese nacho puffs
MF PB crunch bar
Cheddar's cajun grilled catfish, green beans, romaine lettuce salad, tomatoes & oil/vinegar dressing
1 cup of coffee w/ 2 Tbsp of SF/FF creamer
2 DDP
2 glasses of raspberry green tea

TIP:
if you are having trouble with water consumption AND you like cucumbers...cut up slices of cucumbers and place 102 slices in your water. It's so refreshing! If you are not a fan of cucumbers, try lime, lemon, or oranges. Keep drinking!!
