L & G: chicken fajitas from Jalapeno Tree, refried beans, spinach salad w/ salsa dressing
2 pickled okras
1 DDP
1 c coffee w/ SF creamer
2 glasses of raspberry green tea
64 oz water
EXERCISE: 20 min "slogging" (walk/jog) on treadmill
SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT: If you don't take extremely good care of you, it will be nearly impossible to care for the people and things that matter most in your life. (ouch!)
