Thursday, 1/28/10:
MF apple cinnamon oatmeal
MF PB crunch bar
MF honey mustard pretzel sticks
MF strawberry crunch bar
MF chicken noodle soup w/ ranch soy crisps
L & G: Panera Chicken Cobb Salad w/ peppercini's
1 tortilla w/ 1/4 c shredded cheese & 1/4 c ground turkey
64 oz water (w/ 4 cucumber slices)
2 DDPs
1 coffee w/ SF creamer
2 glasses of ice tea

INSPIRATION: Several weeks ago, I told you the definition of self-care; but here it is again:
"The act of maintaining, nourishing, and protecting your mind, body, and spirit for the purpose of maximizing your effectiveness, happiness and productivity in life. Self-care is not selfish."
All that to say this: Self-care empowers you to nurture and strengthen your relationships, improve your performance at work, dramatically decrease your stress, effectively manage your time, and live the kind of life you have dreamed of.

Through TSFL, we are practicing "self-care" and we ARE going to reap these rewards! How awesome is that?
