Tuesday, 1/12/10:
MF blueberry oatmeal
2 MF crunch bars
MF beef stew & garden veggie crackers
MF cinnamon pretzel sticks
Devolli's grilled chicken Caesar salad (w/o Caesar dressing or croutons)
64 oz water
1 DDP
1 cup of coffee w/ SF creamer
FEELING: so inspired by others who are also on the program...we can all do this!!!
EXERCISE: nope...

MORE GOOD NEWS TO SHARE: 3 more "newbies" weighed in today and now our total so far for just the three of them is 25 pounds for their first week...AMAZING!
We are organizing something in the office where we can put the total pounds all of are loosing as a whole and update it weekly...won't that be fun to see add up!!!

Keep it up everybody...you are soo helping me!!! XOX
