A Note From Amy:

To all of you faithful blog readers...I apologize for not being faithful in posting on my blog lately. Most of you are not aware that we are going through the process of becoming foster to adopt parents. With the three-week training & paperwork just for this new adventure, my blog time has disappeared! We are entering our last week of training, so I'm hoping to return to my daily ritual of blogging my previous day's food log.
