Thursday, March 11th:
MF PB crunch bar
MF chocolate mint crunch bar
MF chili nacho cheese puffs
Country Java Breakfast Cookie (240 calories)
3 c coffee each w/ splenda & 6 total "mini moo moo" creamers
Breakfast scramble: egg beaters, bacon, bell peppers w/ 2 Tbsp of hot sauce on top
64 oz water
2 DDPs

INSPIRATION: Last night at our Be Slim Club Meeting, we discussed visions/goals; the importance of determining WHAT our goals are, HOW they are going to define the success of our life and the WHY it's important to have them in writing..."I will read through this list when I am confronted with a difficult food decision, or when I’m tired and frustrated and want to quit. I will read through this list because I’m making a commitment to the most important person I know – me.”
