1 c coffee
INSPIRATION/CHALLENGE: When you begin to start living a healthy lifestyle, using a program that is going to require you to change habits and break old patterns, it's important to take a hard look at why you want to lose weight. You have to give these reasons careful thought and consideration. It's equally important to write them down.
