L & G: Panera Chopped Chicken Cobb Salad
64 oz water
4 glasses of ice tea
2 DDPs
1 c coffee w/ truvia & SF creamer
INSPIRATION: Take a minute & think about what matters to you most. Is it spending time with your family? Improving your health? Some people find health an abstract reason, so it is important to personalize it - such as I want to lower my blood pressure because I want to enjoy my retirement with my spouse. I want to lower my cholesterol because I want to see my children graduate from college. Everyone is different, and your goals need to be personal so you'll keep them.
