9:45 MF Peanut Butter Crunch Bar

9:45 to 11:45 32 oz water

12:30 Hawaiian Grilled Chicken Salad ( Cheddars)(Minus croissant, pineapple, tortilla strips) 1 TBSP honey
mustard dressing, 24 oz water
3:30 to 4:30 pm 32 oz water

3:35 MF Chili Cheese Nacho Puffs

5:30 to 6:30 40 oz water during Jazzercise

6:40 MF Wild Rice Chicken Soup & MF Multi-grain Crackers, 32 oz water

9:30 MF Carmel Crunch Bar, 8 oz water


Here is my response to her food log that I want EVERYONE TO READ & PAY ATTENTION TO:
ok, don't get that salad at Cheddars....too many hidden calories. They don't have any nutritional info avail on their website (weird) but, I'm just feel like it's not the best choice.

Here are my suggestions to order at Cheddars: the grilled/blackened catfish, tilapia, lemon pepper chicken, grilled atlantic salmon, or a steak. Always be aware of any sauces; ask for them on the side & either use them extremely sparingly or not at all.
As far as veggies or greens: romaine lettuce salad w/ tomatoes only and oil & vinegar dressing; green beans, broccoli or red beans WITHOUT the rice

You are just doing so well, I don't want one stupid salad to throw off your burn! Otherwise, great food log! Keep it up!
